I am looking for guided breathing exercises to reduce stress …?
I want to have on CD or download, but I'm not looking not for any meditation. Specifically working with the breath … I hope that is an excercise in 15-20 minutes. Thank you!
Standard deep yogic breathing, such that it is all the way from the abdomen to the upper chest, you calm down immediately. In fact, just to breathe all the time (rather than breathing, keeps you calm. However, there are many specific breathing exercises. You had a great of them more than 15-20 minutes (unless you just want to do deep abdominal breathing for this period). Here are some instructions and information about breathing exercises.
