Good Guided Meditation tape/CD?
I’m looking for a guided meditation tape to use as part of my Reiki 1 class – preferably something involving meeting spirit guides, and preferably not anything with angels
as well as the name, if you could tell me where to find it (i’m in Ireland, so probably amazon or something online would be the best bet) it would be much appreciated!
That would be an ecumenical matter.
