Basics of Chakra Meditation?
I just started learning about one’s chakras and color meanings, but what are the steps of chakra meditation and what are the key points?
Chakras are energy centers in the body. The body is the physical part of a more complex body that includes energy, called the aura.
You need to get a book that will give a safe and reliable way to address the chakras. Messing up comes at a fairly steep price in body energy and illness.
One excellent book is A CHAKRA & KUNDALINI WORKBOOK, Dr. Jonn Mumford, also known as Swami Anandakapila Saraswati. It is from Lluellyn Publications, St. Paul, MN but you probably will have to get it throu Amazon since it was published in 1999.
Whatever book you end up with, follow what the author says, the way they say it. There are lots of reasons for the instructions.
