Is feeling Tingly during a guided meditation normal?
I was doing this meditation
And around number 4 I started feeling tingly across my whole body..is this normal? and y do i have a hard time keeping my left eye closed?
yes it is normal very normal
Your mind is just reaching a mental state where its completely relaxed and it starts to fall asleep
Your might have a hard time keeping your left eye closed due to since your mind is on another level
your physical body is on watch out.
Could be that when you sleep you dont realize you sleep with your eyes open and in a way your teaching your body to completely relax and its reacting this way
