I have been delivered from smoking by the laying on of hands…I did not appreciate the beauty of the experience and the total lack of side effects and I began smoking again and this time I had to go cold turkey—it was HELL.
My husband had surgery for a brain tumor and was not able to keep down food for 5 weeks after. He had laying on of hands, then the pastor had him lay hands on another man. My husband says he felt nothing but I felt the rush of God’s power the full length of the room as the other man was “slain in the spirit”. He was down for about 20min and was as if he was drunk when he came to.,.just like the beleivers on Pentacost in Acts. I had been suspicous until I found that the man was just out of jail and asked the pastor’s wife what had happened to him (you can’t fake what you have never heard of). As for my husband began to eat the next day. He had that breakfast with 3 eggs, 3 sausage, 3 bacon, and pancakes.
