~I’m 17yo~ What is a safe amount of weight to gain in any period of time?
I’m going to start exercising MUCH more regularly; rotating what I’m exercising while I heal, of course.
My goal is 20 pounds of “true” muscle by June of 2008; I currently weigh around 150 pounds, and I am 5′ 8″ ( or above it ).
What do I mean by “true” muscle? Muscle gained the RIGHT WAY, not through protein shakes and such. I’m not looking for quick improvements.
Before I talk with a health expert, if I do, how much muscle would I be safe gaining per week/month/whatever?
If possible, where could I contact an individual that may help me with understanding/reaching my goal?
