how do I heal my knee quickly before school starts?
yesterday while I was moving a couch, I heard a huge crack in my knee and i fell to the floor in pain. but the thing is I didn’t go to the doctor because i didn’t think it was a big deal.also because school is coming and I have to try out for basket ball but I can’t do that with a painful feeling in my knee.How do I fix it quickly before the first day of school or more important before tryouts start.
ps. its not broken just hurts!
try flexing it everyday even though it hurts.put an ice pack on it for 15 minutes and dont walk a lot NO sports.
