Looking for Qigong doctor to help friend’s father with cancer.?
I have a friend in California near San Francisco, who has a father that has cancer that isn’t responding to Chemotherapy. I would like to find a Qigong doctor who I can refer him to that has experience in healing cancer. I ‘m not talking about just self meditation, herbal remedies, or holistic hospice type management. I am talking about a live in or patient live in therapy. Complete management.
For example, 12 years ago I knew someone with lymph cancer and it was terminal. He went to Thailand and spent 4 months there. When he came back, the doctors said he was cured and they couldn’t understand how. But this is what I am looking for. Or something with this type of approach. If the person is in California that would be great but SE Asia might be OK too. He is Vietnamese. Anyone knowing such contacts would be much appreciated. Please no commercial programs or treatments.
This is a rather interesting question, especially since I happen to live in San Francisco ![]()
First off, I know one Chi Gung master who used to cure terminally ill cancer patients in China (after everything else had failed), but he doesn’t do that anymore, so I don’t think he’d be willing to do it.
However, he did find one chi gung form which seems to be semi effective for a person to treat their own cancer (although to be fair, having a good chi gung tui na doctor work on you will do more than that ever could).
If you want I could probably figure out a way to send you materials for learning how to do dragon and tiger (the specific chi gung form). I’m learning it, but I don’t feel competent enough to teach it yet.
#2 I’ve done lots of work with alternative cancer therapies besides D&T, and I have multiple close friends/relatives that have had fairly fast remissions without using any chemo bullshit. If you get the chance, there are some alternative therapies which work, they just aren’t very well known.
To a large extent though, what will or will not work depends on the type of cancer but to make a long story short, I’ve seen results with the following;
1) Orgone energy accumulators
2) Rife Machines
3) Major diet improvements (take crap out of the diet, stop eating sugar, drink alkanalized water, do the johanna budwig diet, try gerson therapy).
4) See if some sort of emotional/psycological problem is causing the cancer and deal with that.
You might want to seriously consider looking into some of the stuff I listed. I’m about to leave for a trip though, so I can’t help you more than that.
*this is the form I was referring to

Chemoradiation in Cancer Therapy $205.52 Internationally recognized experts in cancer biology and clinical research review the present status of the multimodality approach to the management of solid tumors and speculate on possible future strategies for chemoradiation therapy. The authors detail applications of combined modality therapy in lung, esophageal, breast, gastric, pancreatic, colon, and rectal cancers. They also show how radiation interacts with such chemotherapeutic agents as the platinum complexes, taxanes, and gemcitabine in the treatment of malignant gliomas, and head and neck cancer. A review of how to integrate new specific molecular targeted agents into multimodality therapy in the future. Therapy for Genitourinary Cancer $428.56 The ultimate objective of therapy for genitourinary malignancies is cure without any adverse effect on quality of life. Therapy for Genitourinary Cancer addresses modifications of standard surgical procedures that purport to decrease the morbidity of therapy for testis cancer and renal cell carcinoma without compromising cure. The rationale for decreasing the extent of surgical extirpation for bladder cancer and rhabdomyosarcoma is also summarized. The ability to limit the extent of therapy depends upon the ability to predict the metastatic potential of the primary tumor. The application of cell motility and of DNA ploidy to predict the metastatic potential of prostate cancer are presented. Since little progress has been made to enhance survival rates for prostate cancer, more aggressive treatment regimens are presently being advocated. In this volume, the roles of adjuvant radiotherapy following radical prostatectomy, and complete androgen suppression for metastatic prostate cancer are reviewed as well as the preliminary experiences with suramin, and the implications of combining tumor necrosis factor and chemotherapeutic drugs. The use of bladder substitution with intestinal segments has enhanced the quality of life following pelvic exerterative surgery; the development of carcinoma in these intestinal bladders is discussed. Therapy for Genitourinary Cancer reflects the commitment of clinicians and basic scientists to enhance the effectiveness of therapy for genitourinary malignancies. It is hoped that the innovative approaches to treatment presented in this volume will gain clinical acceptance and improve our ability to cure these tumors. Author: Lepor, Herbert/ Lawson, Russell K. Microspheres and Regional Cancer Therapy $541.59 Microspheres and Regional Cancer Therapy takes an interdisciplinary approach to the subject of microspheres and regional cancer therapy. It synthesizes laboratory and clinical data to demonstrate the utility of microspherebased strategies in the treatment of localized solid tumors (particularly in the liver) not amenable to surgery and as a component of strategies for treatment of disseminated disease. Using the same techniques that show the deficiencies of delivery strategies involving antibodies, liposomes, and synthetic polymers, clear evidence is presented describing how microspheres of appropriate size can be localized in solid tumor deposits in the liver with little exposure to other organs. To exploit this phenomenon, the extent and nature of the incorporation of active agents within microspheres is discussed in relation to release, pharmacokinetics, and tumor response achieved by intensification of therapy in the manner described. This book will benefit laboratorybased scientists and clinicians in pharmaceutics, pharmacology, physiology, surgical oncology, and nuclear medicine. In addition, cancer clinicians interested in the value of regional therapy will be able to evaluate the underlying theory and learn the necessary methodology. Author: Willmott, Neville/ Daly, John M. Adjuvant Therapy of Breast Cancer $747.19 The results of randomized trials evaluating the use of early or adjuvant systemic treatment for patients with resectable breast cancer provide an eloquent rebuttal to those who would argue that little progress has been made in the treatment of cancer. Few subjects have been so systematically studied in the history of medicine, and it seems fair to conclude that the value of adjuvant systemic therapy in prolonging the lives of women with breast cancer is more firmly supported by empirical evidence than even the more conventional or primary treatments using various combinations of surgery and radiotherapy. This book authoritatively reviews the rationale for, results of, special problems, and future directions of adjuvant therapy of breast cancer. It also includes an appendix from the Early Breast Cancer Trialists Collaborative Group (Oxford, U.K.) which lists all of the adjuvant trials which have been closed, as well as the active studies now ongoing.
