Need good advice for severe pregnancy headaches!?

Hello, I am just about 5 months pregnant and I am suffering from pretty severe tension/migraine headaches. My situation is a little crazy because I’m currently living in Argentina with my husband and we are expecting our first child. My doctor here has told me the only medicine I can take is this tylenol like med. that does not seem to even phase these headaches.

I’m not sure that this will work for you but it’s a suggestion. I was having really bad headaches and they were being caused by tension because of my posture during pregnancy. I went to a chiropractor and had my neck and back realigned and it was almost like instant relief.
