Does anyone have any post-(medical) abortion advice?

I am looking after my best friend, she’s 37 and has an ectopic pregnancy and is having a medical abortion in a few days. I am looking after her and am trying to find advice on if anyone has any advice for post-abortion — to risk infection and of any holistic or homeopathic remedies you could recommend to reduce the risk of infection and of course to heal the area quicker and safer. Also what she should be eating after the operation. She will not be administered antibiotics after the surgery (which I am glad of, as I don’t really approve of antibiotics) so I’m just having a look around for any advice someone may be able to give about this. I know Arnica is good for post surgery…any more ideas? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

just give her a lot of love & kindness & maybe hot coco or soup ? it always make me feel better or maybe just jello if shes sick to her stomach which she may be – so have that on hand also – have it and make it in advance as it takes a few hours to jell after you make it i would serve it with cool whip & give her plenty of hugs
