How to get rid of Asthma and sinusitis ?
I am suffering from asthma and sinusitis. Please tell me an effective method to get rid of these problems. I am using inhaler.In very early morning i uasually takes inhaler, at that time i feel asthma attack. I have huge cough in my chest too.please give me some herbal medicine, or some magic point, some saintly procedure, holistic healings, or affirmations.i believe in God, magic, elixirs too.I cannot afford costly medicines. please help me.

There is no magic cure for Asthma….no saintly procedure, no elixir, no god can help. You can improve your symptoms by avoiding the things that trigger asthma attacks ( everyone has different triggers) and you can improve your lung function through exercise. Having an air purifier and a humidifier in the home can help as well;
