i have these scrappy white sores on my vaginal and i wanted to know what is it. is it a scabies. it looks like it. it is in a line between my vagina and anus. i have a UTI, bladder infect, and yeast infection for the longest. my abdominal have been hurting me and i am constipated. will salt/water heal my scabies. i have not had sex since 2009. no scabies not itching,but my vaginal area is and sometimes anus itch.
