has anyone every talk to aor used a holistic (doctor) are they good?

It all depends on the doctor but, yeah, a good holistic practitioner is very, very good. I had one that was excellent and who I trusted more than a medical doctor but he was killed in a car accident. When they did his autopsy, the medical examiner was surprised because although he was in his 50′s, his internal organs were like those of a 20 year old!
I am more healthy now than I was 10 years ago before I turned to herbs and nutrition (including vitamin supplements) and it should be the reverse, I should be getting worse as I get older, but I owe a lot of that to the holistic doctor who helped me find what supplements I needed and helped me understand my body better.
