will this help heal my nose piercing?

if not, what do you suggest (specific brands of soap or anything)? H2ocean spray helped my belly piercing, but dosent seem to be doing much for my nose, i can NOT make my own sea salt soaks here because im in college and we cant have microwaves to heat the water good and hot

that is not the cause of the problem
Maybe you should get the boogers out of your nose. Boogers can cause infection.
