Any suggestions for treatment of a dog with a mouth ulcer?
I just adopted a Scottie a week ago with a HORRIBLE mouth ulcer, in the gum below the bottom teeth. I did not notice it until 1) the foul smell and 2) little spots of bloody dschg on pillows, linens, etc. It is about the size of a quarter. She eats well, is happy and playful. I feel no nodules in the head/neck area. I can’t afford a $3000 vet bill. I bought some holistic immuno booster medication and vitamins at the local pet supply. I don’t want her to be in pain or ill. Suggestions anyone?
get a tube of bonjela (you know the one you use with babies) it treats mouth ulcers and a dogs physical make up isnt that different from human so the same treatment works
