Holistic vet for dogs in toledo ohio?
I have been looking for a holistic vet and many people give me the same answer which was a good answer but nothing in the area. I just thought someone else might have a better resource or I might get lucky and someone in the area might see this question.
I am looking for a vet who will treat the whole problem not just the sympoms. The first answer I am not actually concerned about what the root of the word holistic means I want natural treatments as often as possible. Most people today in the USA think of holistic as natural and a whole approach to caring for your pet or yourself. In other words not putting chemicals into the body that just mask the symptoms and cause other problems except when the body can not heal itself. I want a vet who specializes in this because I don’t want to leave it up to guessing or what I have read in books
Holistic does not exclude traditional pharmaceutical veterinary advice or applications. What you need to look for is a homoeopathic vet. Holistic does take into consideration everything and does not exclude anything.
I live in UK so cannot help you, but 99% Continental pharmaceutical products are now holistic for both humans and animals. You cannot beat a traditional vet when performing an operation.
