I’m looking for something different to do this Christmas?

I don’t want to spend it with family. I’d like to go away to a retreat., spa, holistic centre either in the UK or Europe. But I can’t seem to find any that are open around xmas time. Does anyone know of any such places that are open during the Xmas period???
