For students who are seeking an innovative education, holistic studies provide for comprehensive instruction in an assortment of natural health and lifestyle classes including training in relaxation and stress reduction, yoga, meditation, Pilates, energy medicine, Qigong, hypnotherapy, NLP, spiritual healing, reiki and many others.
