Holistic treatments for Multiple Sclerosis…?

I am 27 years old and was diagnosed with MS five years ago. I am very hesitant to use any of the MS specific drugs and would like some advice on more holistic treatments. Most of my problems are centered on the right side of my body, mainly my right leg.
