Does anyone know how to meditate or learn NAI GONG?
I recently found out that John Chang from china is a master of nai gong similer to qi gong but still all on its own. I wanted to learn this ability to learn how to use ones chi energy it seems to be the best way to do so and the most affective. any books or blogs or even someone that was a student willing to teach what u know on this stile of energy manipulation.
