Meditation and Relaxation Techniques?
I’ve been having alot of anxiety and stress lately, but I don’t want to have to go on any medication for it, so I want to try meditation/relaxation tecniques. I don’t know much about meditation, so if anyone has any tips or techniques you could share with me, it would be really helpful!
You should find a quite place to sit and breathe in and out slowly and deeply and just concentrate on your breathing. After a while you want to just let everything go so you aren’t even thinking of your breath. Close your eyes of have some nice relaxing music playing in the background. Just clear your mind for five minutes a day.
You could also pick up some books in the library to try different techniques, or focus on aligning the chakras.
