Do u recommend any guided meditation albums (CDs) to clean up the subconscious mind?
I read that the negative information stored in the subconscious mind causes health and pyscological problems etc.
You are right, the subconscious mind can sometimes play havoc with you. It is because of the subconscious mind that you think negative, have psychological setbacks. Your mind becomes “programmed” in a particular manner which causes you to think in a negative way. Schizophrenia is one such example.
