Does meditation and creative visualization help with losing weight[Please read below before you comment]?
I’m not like saying I’m going to be totally lazy and not do anything and expect it to happen, I am working for it.
I have been overweight since I was 5, I am 15 now. I am on summer break now and I have about 9 weeks left and my family owns the Slim in 6 workout DVD’s and no one has used them so I decided I will. I have a hard time staying motivated and I wanted to know if these methods will help me at all.

how to be motivated on site below.
if you learn it just remember you have to use it for it to be effective.
