Did meditation help you become happier?
I want to start meditating to get over my marijuana and alcohol problems (i’m not alcohol dependant, but I do drink or smoke because I don’t like my life and feel I need it to ‘escape’.
But i’m not sure how effective meditation would be?
Yes, it helps your body to be calm. Do i for at least an hour a day or less.
