what’s are good meditation techniques to open the heart?
i’m not necessarily talking about the “heart chakra”, as there are a lot of people with open hearts that don’t know what a chakra is(children, for example). i would think that it would be better for the eyes to be closed rather than open. knowledgeable advice is appreciated.
i’m sure that this has nothing to do with dietary choices, codes of conduct, scriptures, or beliefs. thanks.
My health seems to always fail when I put off meditation. I found it is best to calm your mind down before you start to focus on any one area of your body. A simple breath awareness meditation for 5 minutes before focusing in on your heart can make a big difference.
