My head is in a fog, my neck aches, my eyes hurt?
I’m sick of feeling like this! I’m 25, and I’ve just scheduled an appointment for anxiety. These feelings are physical and I can’t control them. I can’t control them with meditation, breathing techniques, anything. It’s my body – it seems to spin out of control to where I feel like I’m barely hanging on sometimes. I don’t even know what I’m trying to hang on to. It’s not all the time, but it’s been a lot more recently. Several times a week, a panic attack can last over an hour, it’s hell!! It has lasted three hours before where I just felt like i was going to crawl out of my skin. My appointment is on tuesday. I woke up feeling “head fog” and I’ve been crying all morning because it scares me. I hate it. Any advice on what to tell the doctor, advice on medication, and anyone ever feel like this? My mom says it’s in our family that it just started earlier with me. I know it’s frowned on, but i will happily take a drug to get rid of this.

hard to know exactly what you have this way, but as a Chiropractor I find you can decrease a lot of these symptoms considerably with massage and chiropractic care. Get one off of an insurance website – they have to be good.
It also sounds like you may need some kind of anti-anxiety meds – Paxil is very good but there are a lot of others. It seems about half the recommended dose is often what works best for people I know. All the best.
