Has anyone heard of “Jon Kabat-Zinn” ? Read more……?
He is the author of “Mindfulness for beginners”, and “Coming to our senses: healing ourselves and the world through mindfulness.”, and “Everyday blessings: the inner work of mindful parenting.”, and “Mindfulness Meditation audio book (2 CD’s)” which are excellent books for learning to develop inner peace, becoming a successful non-judgemental parent, and basically walking/living everyday in true happiness !!!
In the last 2 months, I picked up these books (& audio book), and they honestly really help one to self-transform there life!
They are simply excellent reading, even if a person is not interested in self-help or anything like that.
It is excellent information for people that wish to help loved ones and friends as well.
Avid readers out there, check it out.
The author is a doctor in the state of Mass. and a writer, and has his PhD.
He’s fantastic. He and Thich Nath Hanh (I always spell it wrong, I apologize) are my heros! I know that that sentiment would probably upset both of them, but their dedication, their acheivement of peace, and their excellent communication of the practice for beginners and advanced practitioners alike is fantastic.
