Does anyone know of any good ways to get rid of the deep knots/pain in my leg/ back muscles?
I run alot and suffer from knots in my legs as well as a stiff back, which often feel very painful after a long run. I live in Lincolnshire, UK and am looking for someone who might be able to help get rid of these knots and pains. I’ve tried numerous massuses/masseurs but none of them have managed to do anything for me. I’ve heard of trigger point therapy and myofascial release, which apparently helps with the issues i’ve been suffering with, but I am not aware of anyone in my local area. Please help!
A chiropractor (if they have them in the UK) is another option of a health professional to see to try and see if these deep knots can be worked out.
I would also recommend checking with your primary care physician because sometimes this can be a symptom of low potassium levels (an example only) to see what they say.
