Looking for FREE guide to Transcendental Meditation?
Hi. I am interested in getting involved in Transcendental Meditation to ease my stress. Could someone please post a direct link to a free and complete TM guide online? I’d appreciate it much. Thanks.

Unfortunately there isn’t, it is a meditation that has to be taught. The basis of the practice is a mantra which you repeat quietly to yourself, this is a meaningless sound that is given to you by the teacher.
Without that sound it is simply meditation, there are no books etc that can give you that sound, although you can find masses of info on the subject via books & online.
