Best guided meditations where they actually take you on a journey?
I am looking for some audios (either single MP3s or an entire CD) that take the listener on a guided meditation journey (ie you are walking under a majestic tree and the leaves caress your cheek). I don’t want something that is just music, or affirmations, or telling me to relax. I want something that is actually making me feel like I am there taking a journey. Any suggestions?
They have bunches of them at drug and alcohol rehab centers where I go visit my friends. Check them out for names and titles.
