Theta Healers – How to do Theta Healing

Has anyone tried theta healing? I read that it only works if you believe it will, which bothers me.?

I heard an interview of a man who does Theta healing. I forget his name but he wrote the book titled WHEN SCIENCE MEETS SPIRIT. Theta healing sounds incredible, but in his book he says you must believe it will work or else it won’t. That sounds a little troubling, if only because I tend to believe that I myself have negative tapes in my head, so it makes me wonder if my own thinking will prevent virtually any type of healing(consciousness)will work. Does anyone have experience with Theta Healing?

Have you heard of Scientology? You may want to look it up. I hesitate to say anything negative about it.
