Doubt about Yoga Nidra….Am I in Yoga Nidra or Just Blissfully Sleeping?
When I do meditation, By sitting, resting my back, I usually think…………………….. 99…….98…….97…….96……..95……….85………Confusion….. Thoughtless Moments. THUD…….Suddenly I feel as if I have dropped into some depth. Then I don’t know what happens. I am in semi conscious Thoughtless state. Little Aware, sometimes no Awareness. Some times Head droops. I regain awareness after 30 Minutes, HIGHLY REFRESHED. Am I into Yoga Nidra? or Am I Just Blissfully Sleeping? Pl. Help…
